I am a console player and as soon as I launched my PS5 the February Sims update was downloaded. I launched my game and immediately went to check my family tree and the first thing that I noticed was that the grandparents in my current game all turned into siblings. These are all Married queer couples and they've all been turned into siblings! I tried to change their relationship in CAS through the full edit mode but the only options available was either brother or household member and I couldn't even select household member, and that option couldn't even be selected at all! I hope this gets fixed soon.
I have this same issue however mine is a straight couple, who have one toddler and another on the way.
This couple was only created a few days ago with the new pack and the male is a frog prince. I thought that may have been the issue, but reading this, it's obviously a bug.
I have tried CAS.fulleditmode and when I select household member it doesn't stick either.

*** I do not use mods.Same issue for me on the PS5. Started when they updated the family tree. Doesn't matter if I delete the one sim and bring them back from my gallery, they turn back into siblings. Can't even change it with the cheat code.
