After the recent update, the Romance interaction category is completely missing. Sims cannot perform romantic interaction, and WooHoo is no longer available is any romantic or social menu.
In addition, Sims cannot interact romantically with each other at all, there is no flirting, no romance options, and no WooHoo.

could you check if your Sims have turned into siblings ? Check in the profile if they have that relationship bit.
