So I’ve been playing the 100 baby challenge in my sims game and I tried to go for a first kiss but it doesn’t show an option despite having a full romance and full friendship option. I thought maybe it was my mods so I removed them all and it STILL doesn’t show any option. It’s not just that save either, on all of my saves it’s not showing an option for physical intimacy. The only physical intimacy options I have is to give a massage. PLEASE EA fix your game.
as there are a couple of threads for this issue could you confirm if they your couple has turned into siblings ?
Open the profile of the partner and check if there's a relationship bit for sibling.
