happened to me this evening! my sims both had separate assigned parents, are married with kids, and randomly got updated to half-sisters. it auto unassigned one of my sims parents from the family tree. i’ve updated the relationships, but can’t get rid of the ‘unknown’ sim link to fix the tree.
This just happened to me tonight too. I just tried to have them try for another baby and couldn’t figure out what was going on. It’s not even fixable with MCCC. I’m so sad, this was going to be my second legacy save and now I’m going crazy trying to fix it.
