i started playing one of my files and i wondered why my married couple no longer had the option to be romantic with eachother so i had a look at there reletionship biography and realised they were listed as half-sisters under reletionship. i then had a look at the family tree and while they didnt have eiether parents as the same parents they were still listed as half sisters. ive also made sure all my mods are updated and they are.
