Opened up my game a moment ago and saw that there was a problem with my married sims. I tried clicking between both of them to go to the romance category and up their romance bar a bit (it was around about 90% full) only to see that the only option was to give the other a massage. I found out the reason it wouldn’t let either of them initiate in any other type of romance was because somehow it had made these married sims half-siblings.
