Partnered Sims turn into siblings

Just updated my game. No mods. I played normally for about an hour then realized that my married sims have no romantic options, and are listed as sisters. Also, in their family tree, one spouse is duplicated and listed as a sister to both but is dead (temporary specter - see screenshot). I loaded a previous save without this issue, and within a few minutes of play, the spouses were listed as sisters again.

Hey! Nope, i had to restart a save file... 

Since the last update i can only access flirtation and affection in the romantic interaction menue, no physical intimacy. No kissing, no wohoo. All couples in all ages are affected, i did not have any mods installed when i updated my game. Removing them does not fix my bug sadly.

After the most recent (3 Feb) update, I opened my game to see that my main sim and his (very late) husband are now designated as brothers on the family tree. I cannot change this relationship in any way. When I reverted to a save from 2017, when the husband was still alive, they were still listed as brothers in the family tree and even with testing cheats on/full edit mode in CAS, with all mods removed, I cannot render them unrelated spouses again.

could you check if your Sims have turned into siblings (profile)
