crinrict DracoDeiure Issa_dime_paris Fixed! Windows was blocking TS4.exe for some reason. I found a similar post that helped too.

I saw it was blocking it every time I tried to play in the protection history. So you go to Windows Security > Protection History then you have to allow this app to make changes to your device. The last time I tried to play was earlier today and so I clicked that one and hit allow and game is up and running like no problem. Thanks for the help and I am grateful for this forum because I was getting really frustrated haha. I attached screenshots of what I did to help others get maybe fix theirs too.
