Got Error code 21 when saving after the new update! Couldn't find anyone else talking about getting this error code.

When I open the game,my PC saids it'd blocked app or process - TS4_DX9_x64.exe
Which i went into setting & allowed the folder after i did that I stopped getting a Sims Delivery error i was also getting when the game opened,I clicked saved & it worked! Hopfully this helps anyone else getting Save Error Code 21
