[PC] Controlled Folder Access blocking exe file/Error 21 or 22/Delivery Error

all of my saved games are gone and when i try to create a new one it wont let me select a world cause they are all gone Edit By crinrict: Added Tag to Title, Adjusted Title Note from EA_Solaire...

I updated my sims today and now every time I go to play it says sims delivery error and I go to it and hit resume and it does nothing. I've tried repairing the game and restarting it. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it is still doing it. It also crashes every time I try to bypass it and go to play the game.
