CCleaner shouldn't be blocking stuff.
Did you add all the exe files ?
If you go to Controlled Folder Access --> Block History. Do you find any current blocks there ?
Check the dates and if there's any current ones, click on the entry, that should give you the exe that's blocked and you should be able to add it from there.
Nothings being blocked. The game was working fine last night. I assumed it would be fine today so I played and after a bit the game didn’t want to save.
