[PC] Controlled Folder Access blocking exe file/Error 21 or 22/Delivery Error

all of my saved games are gone and when i try to create a new one it wont let me select a world cause they are all gone Edit By crinrict: Added Tag to Title, Adjusted Title Note from EA_Solaire...

this has been an issue with the game being blocked by controlled folder access or other antivirus programs.
