[PC] Controlled Folder Access blocking exe file/Error 21 or 22/Delivery Error

all of my saved games are gone and when i try to create a new one it wont let me select a world cause they are all gone Edit By crinrict: Added Tag to Title, Adjusted Title Note from EA_Solaire...

my game won't save, even when i go into create a sim and then i hit save it comes up with Error21, it's been like this now for over a week

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • Is Error 21 the only issue you're having or are you also seeing a message about a failed SDX download ?

    I have No CC on my Game and i'm using a a laptop, i am also seeng SDX download as well as Error 21
