Hello, after the latest update for The Sims 4, my game is no longer able to save. Every time I try to save, I get Error 21.
Before the update, the game was saving normally with no issues. The last successful save was a few hours before updating. After updating, the problem started immediately.
I have already tried:
Nothing fixed the issue.
I also noticed the game says my graphics card is unknown, even though my GPU works normally in other games.
Please investigate this update, because it seems the patch caused the saving issue.

I’m having the same exact issue. I even uninstalled and reinstalled my game. I tried everything you did in the list and what was suggested in past forums but my game now crashes.
I also noticed cameras and photos are gone :/

However, mid-way through, I learned my windows security was blocking a file. If you go to windows security then look at blocked history, it'll say something in the TS4.exe file was blocked (or something similar). Allow access to that file or game and saving should work again
