I'm having the same problem with my pc using windows 11. Windows security is saying that some features of the Sims 4 may not work because we can't confirm who published posture_specs_x64.pyd that the app tried to load. But it states that if you turn off the smart app's blocker, you will have to reinstall Windows 11 to turn it back on.
