I am 100% sure it has nothing to do with the save files. I removed the entire The Sims 4 folder that is inside the Documents folder, ran a completely fresh game and nothing changed. It has something to do with core game files. I will send you my saves anyway and a short in game video capture.
Hi Shebnem, they are asking for affected save files so that it can help them determine what might be causing the issue in the saves of people who are being affected. If it was something in the core game files it would probably be happening to everyone and I can confirm that it's not happening for me.
I know it's not happening for everyone. It's okay. If they can trace something about the problem out of save files that will be great.
hi. I Agree with Shebnem it nothing to with the save file. I just update my game last week and some of my friend also update their game encounter the same thing. Its work fine for me before. i also check my game without mod and its seem from the update.

It might not have anything to do with the save file specifically but it could help the team pinpoint what is causing it. That's why they are asking for your save files.
