I moved this to the bug forum for now but could you add the following info ?

- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing ?

PC. After disabling my mods/CC, Empathy still doesn't decrease when Trolling teh Forums on a tablet.
