Photos & Paintings

I’ve heard many people with the same issue but as a console player I have not found a way around it. When I “paint from reference” or take a picture,  the paintings go blank and the photos turn black. I’ve tried painting in one session, manually saving then exiting to menu, I’ve tried both putting them in my sims inventory then on the wall, and putting them straight on the way without the inventory, I’ve save the room to gallery and most of the photos and painting still go blank, I’ve tried to take photos without a filter but nothing I’ve tried works. I’ll get one or two photos that randomly  stay but this is really unfortunate. It started when I began getting packs added onto the main game… I assume if I uninstall the packs it’ll work again but I spent money on them and enjoy most of them so I don’t want to do that. I spend a lot of time creating a family or “Generational” gallery in my sims lots so it’s really frustrating that know matter what I’ve tried I can’t get their photos and paintings to actually save onto the game. I know many of the bugs were just fixed and I was hoping this would be a major one but the bug is still here and rage baiting me on console. Please try to fix this problem or bug asap.
