My pictures are black after I load back into my game on console.

Does it affect only new photos that are taken after the patch, or does it also affect old ones already hanging on the wall, inventory etc?
I haven't patched my game yet because of various bugs and new "features" like the forced zoom on accessories, and photos turning black is one of them...
With me, it only affects the new photos. I have some old photos that didn't turn black. But everything new is black.
