Photos/Paintings turning black (1.102.190/1.82)

I have also come across this issue. All pictures taken after the update turn black, all pictures taken before the update are fine. The pictures look fine before saving and exiting the game, but once I reload the pictures have turned black.

It happens with mods in-game but also in new saves after a factory reset with no mods or custom content installed. I play on pc with the latest update installed, all drivers updates and sufficient storage space.
