My pictures are black after I load back into my game on console.

Today it happened for me as well...my old pictures are saved, the new ones are black!
I did some testing on this and I can duplicate the issue like this
- Take photo
- Hang photo on wall
- Exist the save with saving
- Load the game
- Find photo black
It didn't happen for me if I saved the game first and then exited. Also travelling did the same.
I also looked as some saves posted here and the photo textures were not in the save game so it's like if you don't activity save the game, the actual texture (aka the photo) isn't saved to the game.
I don't know if there's other factors contributing but most here say it's currently only happening on new photos, old ones are not affected.
This procedure worked for me, "save, exit the game and Save and exit" The photos didn't turn black!
