My pictures are black after I load back into my game on console.

This also happened to me after patch 1.116.202.1030, but in a different way than before.
In a new save, I took several photos while playing. Some I left in the inventory and others I placed on the walls. Everything looked fine at the time.
After saving and exiting the game, I returned the next day and found that all the photos hanging on the walls had turned completely black. The ones in the inventory stayed normal.
This is different from the usual bug where only inventory photos break. Here, the issue affected new photos after saving, and only the ones placed on the walls.
I removed all my few mods and tested again, but the problem still happened. So it's definitely not caused by mods.
I also have no build CC in my game. This seems to be a new version of the photo corruption bug introduced with the latest patch.
