Pictures/paintings going blank

I have seen the same issue on here posted and it says it was solved but it has not been. All of my pictures have gone black and the painting from reference portraits have gone white. I have tried to redo them all and the same thing has happened. I tried to clear the cache from my files and done all the fixes I’ve seen posted that have worked for others but it is not working in my game. I’ve also tried placing paintings that were uploaded on the gallery and when I placed them in my game they go blank also.
