When planning an event, no matter through phone or calendar, the event wont start at the appointed time. When the time comes around, the clock will just continue as normal and not even recognize the event. Instead you have to save and restart the game in order for the small 'event start' window to come up. I've repaired the game and this is still an issue and has been going on for the past two weeks. I play vanilla and have no mods or CC.
