I'm trying the plant-a-sim quest for the first time, and my plant Sims (I tried with 2) don't have the option to absorb solar energy from plants. I've tried on many different plants at different time...
Ideas
The only thing that worked for me was to buy the new pack. Hopefully they fix it so that you don't have to buy the pack just to get a scenario to work.
