I'm trying the plant-a-sim quest for the first time, and my plant Sims (I tried with 2) don't have the option to absorb solar energy from plants. I've tried on many different plants at different time...

It's happening to me too
My only mod is HomeRegions. (My plantsim's hair started changing not because of a mod, but because of a separate game glitch after going into CAS)
