Plant Sim: No option to absorb solar energy

Xbox user here. Having the same issue. I remember long ago before, I want to say outdoor retreat, it was working. I decided to try the scenario after years of playing. I managed to get all goals except one: Absorb Solar Energy From Plants. At first, I thought "Oh the updates must have changed the rules, maybe I have to make it a perfect plant" but unfortunately it was not the case. I went around to every region that had wild plants thinking maybe it can't be my sims own plants, but not the case. I tried all sunny seasons(spring,summer),while the plants were in direct sunlight, no interaction. I even got my sims hunger to red, tried on normal, nice, excellent, magnificent and perfect plants and trees in direct sunlight. I tried cancelling the scenario and restarted it. I tried a different sim in the scenario on a new save, the interaction isn't there. Fix soon? Maybe, hopefully.
