Played Sim creates new outfits

I have been noticing that when I play with my current family and my female sim changes outfits every so often, it changes into one of the premade outfits from CAS from the werewolf pack. It started not long after the last update. At first, I thought maybe I put the outfit in her wardrobe and forgot about it, and I ignored it and carried on. When I noticed 3 out of 5 of her everyday outfits were the same premade outfit, 2 out of 5 formal outfits, and 1 out of 5 formal outfits. This premade outfit made it into every outfit category at least once, but sometimes more. I changed all of her outfits, and just to be safe, made sure no premade werewolf outfits were used. I logged on today and played for about 2 hours, and her outfit changed to the premade one again.
