My sims is randomizing a new outfit after showering. I can delete it in "plan an outfit" but it keeps making new outfits each shower.

After the latest update my current household's outfits were changed in every category (Everyday, Formal, etc) for each household member. I have never had custom clothing or accessories in my game. Each outfit was bizarrely concocted in the same manner as NPCs' unmatched, weirdly accessorized outfits.
I searched for instances of this and found none. This is the first time I've experienced this.
