[COL] Routing failure when Practice violin with nearby rabbits

I was overjoyed when I noticed this option yesterday. Hanging with animals and playing instruments are two of my favorite things to do in the game, and I’ve always wanted to be able to play for all of the nearby animals instead of just one, an option that I believe is only available to animal lover sims. So when I noticed the interaction to “practice” violin and select all of the bunnies in my yard to watch, I was ecstatic. But sadly the interaction doesn’t work.

it doesn’t matter where I place the violin, when I try to start the interaction, the sim just throws up their hands and shows the little exclamation point thought bubble, as if they can’t physically access the object. Then when I try to just practice the violin normally suddenly they can access it just fine. Unfortunately this interaction doesn’t seem to appear when the item is in the sims inventory, only when it’s in the environment.

please address this, I can’t wait to serenade all of the neighborhood rabbits.
