Problems with loading onto a business site if it is an apartment building

When I switch to construction mode from the site where someone's business is located from the Business and Hobby supplement, returning to this family I get to the same business site. But the icon of ...

Could you please provide the following information

  • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
  • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
  • Is the business on a business lot or part of the residential lot ? 
  • By apartment do you mean the CL type buildings (you should not be able to have a business there), residential rentals (also doesn't allow business) or just a regular residential lot 
  • Could you maybe add some pics ?

    So, a very strange situation) I tried to repeat this bug and went to the same site with the business. However, my game crashed. And apparently I had been saved on this site before, so I came back again and now my character's icon is inactive.  I click on the character icon and only one action appears, "take care of yourself"
