[PS] Can't go up or down floors

I recently the other day turned on my PS5 console, to play after not playing for a few months. I updated everything. Bought a few more packs i was interested in. Went to play, started building a house and realized i cant go up to the second floor, i can go down to the basement level but cant go back up after. 😒I cant even look at the roof I’ve put on a one level house. When i click on the roofs i can place it but once i go back to the first level then try to go back up it wont let me. This has been going on for a week. I’ve tried turning it off and on. Restarting the game. I even undownloaded and downloaded everything back and its still the same. So i need EA or Sims 4 to tell me what’s going on because it’s been a week and I’m frustrated. And before you ask, the up arrow button works just fine on other games. It’s just on this game that it doesn’t work. 😠
