So, I went to play my game and a lot of my packs where gone I've tried restoring my license and everything undownlaoding the game and redownloading everything they're just gone....im really upset abo...

Hi, I'm having the same issue here. I've tried everything, but nothing worked. Don't know what to do now.
It all started when I purchased some packs, installed them, all seemed fine. But the itens were not properly appearing, they were pink/purple and with "?" signs. I tried "reparing" and even unstalled the game and installed again. Now, all of my packs are gone. When I access the store, it says I already have them, but I can't load my pre-saved games nor access the new items starting a new game.
Can you help me, please?
