So, I went to play my game and a lot of my packs where gone I've tried restoring my license and everything undownlaoding the game and redownloading everything they're just gone....im really upset abo...

I have recently bought Lovestruck, and i was able to play it only for a few days but now 1-2 weeks ago i am unable to use the features and everything that is required for Lovestruck. I have made a sim using some of the CAS items, along with using furniture and build mode items that i made for my house in San Myshuno. To this day whenever i go on Sims 4 it is saying that Lovestruck is unavailable to play even when i had bought it. I would like some insight on this issue because i have no idea how to fix this problem.

Hi there GamingWithCrypt
It sounds like your DLC isn't fully installed to your console, first let's try these steps:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
I assume the method does not work, I believe it is still unavailable.

Is Lovestruck showing as fully installed there, or is it showing as unowned?
Is it showing as fully installed but it is unavailable to use the Lovestruck features, the world is gone for me, everything i used for my family with Lovestruck is gone. I have no idea what to do!
