You need to look at how the updated skin textures/meshes are effecting tattoos, cos that's when they went blurry. No one seemed to notice or care at the time. But they will notice with all the new tattoo options with the new pack.
share this post on reddit if you can to get some attention, i know for a fact its happening for most console players and even some on pc so the devs need to get on this asap!!
