[PS/XB] Game stuttering in Live Mode

Hello!

Since the last update my time goes forward, then stops, then jumps forward then jumps back. For example: 12.30 - 12.31 - 12.32 - 12.33 - 12.33 - 12.33 - 12.33 - 12.39 - 12.34

When the time stops all of the sims are stopping and waiting until it goes back normal and because it is kinda constant they are just standing around all day with very minimal activity.

My game will randomly freeze the game and have this weird screen shaking thing that happened for a few minutes before going back to normal. And it frequently crashes. This started happening after I purchased the Royalty pack. 

The attachment option isn’t working 

I get that too since new dlc
