So I've purchased just about all the DLC there is for Sims 4. And after updating my game today I noticed that the EA app page is telling me I don't have certain content that I knew I had. So I did some digging and it looks like not only were some sims 4 things missing but some of my sims 3 conent was missing too. It's saying that content I was playing with prior to the most recent Tuesday update is now only available in windows. (I play on a Mac.)
I don't appreciate Sims DLC that I've paid for, all of a sudden being unavailable for me. How do I get these items back without paying for things all over again, because I won't being doing that. The economy we live in is broken and I'm already living paycheck to paycheck so I don't have extra funds to pay for this DLC again.
How will EA fix this?
This is really frustrating because what's missing is going to mess up so many of my builds and games. And so I'll not be able to play for a while. And Sims 4 is my escape from the insanity that is our world.
