In for rent when my sim buys a property under residential rental it still says I don’t own one and it takes the money and lets me build out units… I just wanna play the game I paid for

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
- Do you have the same issue with a different household/save ?
