[QE] Quests don't work on edited community lots

I've been customizing my worlds since I started playing the game. There is almost nothing original left. As suggested in this thread, I first tried to put the lots back from the gallery, but that didn't work, so I had to start a new save. I completed the library and Blue Velvet tasks, then was able to go back to my regular save and continue.

I'm glad it worked, but I agree with what someone else said, the devs need to take into consideration how long we've been playing and how much players customize.
