j4yyda Open the lot in build mode and make sure the lot has the exact same name as the original and make sure the venue is set to library. It seems that both need to be the same as the original lot. If it still doesn't work, then start a new save and save a copy of the original lot to your Library and replace the lot with that.
If you have replaced the bar and/or museum in Willow Creek with something else, you might as well grab copies of those lots while you are there, so you replace those when you get to those parts of the event that require them.
