Rainbow sim glitch

On my main menu screen my family looks perfectly normal but when i get inside the game my child in the family has a completely different wardrobe and hairstyle her face is also rainbow pixelated. I need help asap!

    Please can you confirm if you have tested this issue without CC and Mods in your game, it appears to me as though this issue is likely caused by some outdated/broken CC.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
