I've had a sim have fear of repeat alien abduction that was never abducted. And now my sim and her wife both have bladder failure moodlets when they were both asleep, all night, with nary an accident in sight.
Bladder failure one for my married sims who also never had this happen. I was so confused and checked their milestones - nothing. Then I switched to another household, and suddenly the exact same bladder failure milestone appeared! Again, no history of such..
