A bugfix mod has been released for this, for those of you who aren't on console:
- Rex (konansock/konanhurry) – Milestone Reflection Fix – July 6, itchio – “After the Pre-EBN Patch, Sims were constantly getting Milestone related buffs which they never get. This should fix it. Note that custom Milestones still suffer from this issue.”
