Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing ?
- Since you choose Manage household: Are they also nude in the household manager ?
- What's the issue with the game settings (aka options) ?
- Does this happen for all families on all lots ?
- Have you tested a new save to see if the same happens there ?
- Do you have any lot traits or NAPs active ?
