Re: No Promotions. Getting Raises instead

Same issue and same career path. I used GiardiniDiMarzo​ workaround and immediately my sim got promoted the next day of work. 

I can confirm it has something to do with the Entrepreneurial trait. Using the cheat traits.remove_trait Entrepreneurial (to get rid of the trait) I solved the problem.
