Ever since I updated the game to play the Grim Reaper challenge for week one my cursor has been blinking and I was able to complete the first part of the challenge for week one but when I quit the game and reloaded it didn't show the second challenge of week one anymore. Now it won't show the week two challenge.
I have removed all of my mods turned the mods off and tried the repair option in the game managed tap on EA.

I think the OP was asking about the Reaper Rewards quest, not the Lot Challenge. The information about the difference between Lot Traits and Lot Challenges is interesting, but not relevant.
