I tried clearing my cache through the EA app, but I can try to do it manually. I will try repairing my game again and see if that helps. Other than that, I tried all the work arounds other players suggested with no success.
Okay, I repaired the game and cleared the cache. Opened the game and the mailpeople were still stuck in a loop. Replaced the mailbox with a different one and the mail was able to be delivered. But now the tasks are gone and cannot be checked off so I'm not getting any points for reading the newsletter or planting the flowers. I can't do anything to progress and can't unlock the rest of the rewards for this week.
