[LD] Recall Past Life Personality Trait Keeps Disappearing

I'm playing the console version (PS4), and I had a ghost Sim with the Burning Soul trait use Rebirth and afterwards use the Recall Past Life self-interaction to retain one of her personality traits from her previous life. The problem is that it keeps disappearing. It worked initially and was listed on the Simology panel. But when I checked it again later, it was gone.

So, I used the cheat code to equip the trait again and that worked temporarily, and the seventh personality trait (three regular personality traits, three self discovery traits, and the Recall Past Life personality trait) was there again. But it seemed like any time I did anything that brought up a loading screen - like going into CAS or traveling - made that seventh trait just disappear from the Simology panel again.

Out of frustration, I had that Sim finish their Soul's Journey again with the Burning Soul trait and had them use Rebirth a second time. The last time I think they gained their Recall Past Life personality trait first, and their Self-Discovery traits second, so this time I tried getting the Self-Discovery Traits first and save the Recall Past Life personality trait for last. It seemed fine at first, I was able to travel to a different lot and the trait was still there. I went into CAS and I could still see the seventh trait in the CAS screen. But upon exiting CAS, the seventh trait was gone again. I reloaded a previous save, and the trait was still gone even though it had been there when I saved that previous save, making me think that anytime the game is closed, or CAS is opened, the trait will automatically disappear.

Long story short, the personality trait from Recall Past Life keeps disappearing. I have a feeling it has to do with it conflicting with the Self Discovery traits.

The first time I tried Recall Past Life it was with a Teen Sim. I used Recall Past Life and they had three personality traits instead of two. But when that Teen aged up to Young Adult, they didn't get an additional personality trait as usual because the game must have saw the Sim already had three personality traits and thus didn't give it to them. So, I had to reload an earlier save and wait until after the Teen aged up to give them the Recall Past Life personality trait. So I'm guessing that something about the Self Discovery Traits might be messing with it.

Is there are hard limit of six personality traits? Meaning that if a Young Adult or older Sim has there three personality traits, they can only get three more personality traits, whether it's three Self Discovery Traits, or one Recall Past Life Trait and two Self Discovery Traits?
