Relationships don't decline over time

I have not talked to this sim in years of in game time. The only time I "hear" from this is those phone calls. When I get them I hang up asap. Not the friend I'm looking for. Now I started to bui...

I will have to check for accuracy, but I can say I do not have the reward trait that stops the loss of friends.
