Returning as this is still an issue, hope it will make the next laundry list, considering we got a whole expansion pack dedication to tattoos and this core function is bugged.
Recently, I was trying a whole bunch of tattoos on my Sim and removing them as I went from body part to body part, eventually keeping just one or two. Well boy did I get a surprise when I went to start putting an outfit together-- suddenly my Sim was covered in what appeared to be every single tattoo I tried out!! 😱
The only way I could fix it was to sadly hit the button to 'remove all' tattoos and start over.. but it was so difficult to make the one I wanted stick, she ended up with none.
Never any mods / CC... PC player.
